1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift card, and bookings are subject to availability. This gift card is valid for one night stay at The Barö, three course dinner and brekafast for two. During special events at the hotel additional expenses may apply.

A note for the gift card giver: Please do not cut the following very important instructions off of the gift card. Your receiver will need to know how to book using their gift card.

To make a reservation using your gift card:

1. Visit our website, www.thebaro.fi, and click 'book now',
2. Enter the code BRGift into the field at the center of the page which says 'add promotional code', do not use your personal gift card code here.  If you do not book using the BRGift code, your card will be charged.
3. Choose your dates,
4. At the payment screen, enter your five to seven digit gift card voucher code into the special notes field.

This gift card is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. This gift card cannot be used in parts on during Holidays. The gift card will expire 30.4.2026

If your gift card includes a three course dinner, during special event days additional costs could apply.
