Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that you must make a gift card reservation in advance, and all bookings are subject to availability. This is a restaurant gift card, and its value can be used only for the products specified on the card.

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy, which can be found on our website. How to make a reservation with your gift card:
Book a table at our restaurant through our website and enter your gift card code in the “Additional information” field.

The gift card cannot be refunded, used partially, or exchanged for cash. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise for a special campaign gift card.
