Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift card, and bookings are subject to availability. The value of this gift card can be used towards nights stay, products and/or additional expenses.

A note for the gift card giver: Please do not cut the following very important instructions off of the gift card. Your receiver will need to know how to book using their gift card.

To make a reservation using your gift card:

1. Visit our website, www.thebaro.fi, and click 'book now',
2. Enter the code BRGift into the field in the middle of the page which says 'add promotional code', do not use your personal gift card code here.  If you do not book using the BRGift code, your card will be charged.
3. Choose your dates,
4. At the payment screen, enter your five to seven digit gift card voucher code into the special notes field.

This gift card is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. This gift card cannot be used in parts. The gift card will expire 12 months from the sale date. 

The gift card can be used for any of the services we provide at the hotel and any value left to use after booking a room can be used for example for dinner.
